I have been happily married for over 48 years to a forever young man from Sydney whom I met on a cruise late 1973. We married less than twelve months later and have three children and five grandchildren. I feel very proud of our two sons and daughter, happily married to amazing people who complement them beautifully. Our four granddaughters and grandson are a joy. As the eldest of eight children, I’ve watched my siblings all marry and create a minor population explosion that has spread far and wide from our Queensland roots.
Because I love interacting with people, having the opportunity to work together to create a perfect ceremony or service that reflects you, your beliefs and traditions, is what I most enjoy about being a celebrant. While sincerity, flexibility and attention to detail are vital, having a sense of humour and zest for fun are equally important. As long as you feel comfortable with me, we will achieve great results.
